offer shipping to all 50 States and US Territories, as
indicated in our shipping options.
We
also, when available, gladly ship to other countries too.
Due to international regulations, availability and costs
may vary.
In
order to stay competitive in our market, we ask that you
pay for the calculated shipping costs separately so we
can accurately calculate the actual cost for your order.
We feel that this will provide the best price for shipping
and save you money in the end.
International
shipping cost vary from country to country, but you can
expect to pay approximately:
$15-20USD per order. Additional weight
will change the price of shipping.
Making
an International Order
1. Communication is important, we will
try to communicate with you and ask that you to answer
our emails.
2. Order:
Note that there is NO shipping cost listed in international
orders at check out.
All shipping and handling will be charged separately.
3. Shipping:
We will email you a Pay Pal money request after we receive
your order. The request will include shipping and handling
fees based on your shipping location.
4. Confirmation:
We will send your package out immediately after we receive
the payment for shipping. We will email you a confirmation
that your purchase has been sent.
5. Confirmation:
Shipping times vary from country to country, so we ask that
you be patient with your order. We will include and estimated
delivery time in our confirmation email, if it is available.
6. Returns/Refunds:
We hand pack each of our orders ourselves to assure safe
delivery. We will only allow allow refunds on international
orders if the items are damaged and will require a photograph
of the damaged item sent to us. We do not refund
shipping & handling costs.
